Sheds specialist Tritax Big Box REIT has bought the Wolseley Regional Distribution Centre in Ripon, North Yorkshire, for £12.2m.
The sale reflects a net initial yield of 6.73%.
The 222,000 sq ft warehouse has a current passing rent
