Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management have signed three new tenants at Campus Reading International.
Multinational software company, Adobe, has taken 16,000 sq ft on the third floor on a 10-year lease. It is relocating its staff from Maidenhead to the site.
Managed IT service provider, BCN, and Stonewater Homes have each taken five-year leases of 2,000 sq ft and 3,500 sq ft, respectively, on fully fitted suites known as Campus+. They offer occupiers fully designed spaces with kitchen and breakout areas in the heart of the main building next to the amenities.
The 375,000 sq ft Campus Reading International provides grade-A office space and has BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum ratings. It also has a 270-seat restaurant and a gym and fitness facility.
A PV solar project, which aims to generate 12% of the property’s needs, is under construction.
Other occupiers at Campus include Verizon, Investec, AspenTech, Mavenir and Volume AI.
