Triple Point Social Housing REIT has bought a portfolio of six supported housing properties consisting of 40 units for £5.5m.
The properties are located in Bradford, Skegness, North Shields and Cheshire and are run by registered provider My Space Housing Solutions.
All the properties have FRI leases and are subject to annual, upward-only rent reviews.
