Triple Point bags 10 social housing sites

Triple Point has bought 10 supported housing properties for £14m.

The social housing REIT has also exchanged contracts for a further two.

The properties, made up of 56 units, are spread across the country with 18 units in the North West, 18 in Yorkshire and 20 in the the South East.

Each property comes with a new 20-year lease from care providers including Blue Square Residential, Chrysalis Supported Housing and Independent Housing.

Triple Point’s portfolio has more than 450 properties providing homes for over 3,000 residents.

Head of property investment, Mark Shenkman, said: “With a strong pipeline of acquisitions, we look forward to creating further positive impact in the months and years ahead.”
