Topland Group to sell prime West End asset

Topland Group has instructed CBRE to sell the leasehold interest in a prime hotel asset located near Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus for offers of around £30m.

Every Hotel, at 31-39 Coventry Street, W1, is part
