TopHat expands into Europe with modular partnership

TopHat is entering Europe with an exclusive partnership with France's largest housebuilder Nexity. Under the deal, TopHat will contribute its expertise and references in modular construction, while Nexity will provide its experience in off-site construction and development programs within France.
