Cushman & Wakefield was the overall top agent in London, while Savills dominated regional retail in the EG Radius Leaderboards for Q3 2023.
The big agents once again pepper the rankings across the board, but the tables also turn the spotlight on the hardworking regional and sector specialists. And when number of deals is the measure, the county rankings show how local firms often win out.
Based on transactional data shared by members of the EG Radius community, the tables cover all occupier sales and lettings but exclude lease renewals and deals under NDAs at the time of publishing. Investment sales are reported separately in the table below.
