Titan Investors has bought Ringtail Retail Park in Ormskirk, Lancashire for £19.5m, from administrators at Kroll for Bentley Incorporated.
The site’s principal tenants are supermarket Aldi, Booths and B&M. It was acquired with a 15-year WAULT with average rents of circa £15 per sq ft.
The purchase marks Titan’s fifth retail park acquisition, after the firm bought Canvey Island Retail Park in Essex from NewRiver REIT earlier this year, Derbyshire’s Waterside Retail Park and Kingsteignton Retail Park in Devon from Nuveen last year, and West Swansea Retail Park from LaSalle Investment Management in 2019.
