TikTok has let the entire Tropical Fruit Warehouse in Dublin on a long-term lease from IPUT Real Estate.
The Tropical Fruit Warehouse, developed by IPUT, is an 85,000 sq ft, six-storey river-front office building located in Dublin’s south docklands.
The building has been delivered with the highest sustainability credentials in line with IPUT’s responsible investment strategy.
Niall Gaffney, IPUT Real Estate chief executive, said: “The letting of the Tropical Fruit Warehouse demonstrates that the demand from global occupiers for high-quality, sustainable office space in Dublin remains resilient.
