Hermes has drawn a shortlist of three developers for the 51,000 sq m (548,977 sq ft) Broadmarsh Centre extension in Nottingham.
Lend Lease, Hammerson and TrizecHahn with Shearer Property Group have been chosen as possible joint venture partners.
