Threadneedle buys Hants office

Craigard Investments has sold its 30,000 sq ft Eagle Point office building in Hampshire to Threadneedle Property Investments.

Threadneedle paid just over £4.6m for the Segensworth asset, reflecting a net initial yield of just over 7%.
