Thorstone puts £75m PBSA on the market

Thorstone has put a £75m PBSA located near to King’s College London on the market. The Fourth Yard has 144 student beds and 4,000 sq ft of amenities, including resident lounges, a gym and safe-cycle storage for 122 bicycles. It offers 100% private tenure, with no university nomination agreements needed. The scheme is comprised of 78% studios and 22% clusters.
