At EG’s Middle East Real Estate Forum in Dubai, Simon Clegg, EG‘s chief operating officer, deliver a presentation on how Expo 2020 is emerging from a 438ha site – that’s twice the size of London’s Hyde Park – and how it is transforming Dubai’s built and cultural environment.
He then elaborated to EG about the collaboration that is making it happen, the political will driving it and how, 12 months into his role, he has had to recalibrate in his mind the natural parameters of what he ever thought possible.
