The Collective plans 376-bed Hayes co-living scheme

The Collective has lodged plans for a 376-bedroom long stay co-living scheme at Keith House in Hayes, west London. The site is adjacent to U+I’s Old Vinyl Factory and would be the developer’s first with Hillingdon council.
