The Collective expands co-living to Waltham Forest

The Collective is planning a 300-bedroom co-living scheme and music venue in Waltham Forest which would be the east London borough’s first development of this kind. It has lodged plans for No 1 Blackhorse Lane in Walthamstow, after agreeing to
