LISTEN Every day in EG Pavilion at MIPIM 2023, the public and private sectors came together to talk up the UK’s cities. EG’s role at MIPIM this year was to create a platform to support the myriad opportunities the UK offers for investors and developers and to bring those in the public sector together with capital to make great things happen.
Key in achieving that were the dozen pitches people made for place. From Manchester, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and London, one thing rang clear throughout all the pitches and discussion that followed: the UK is bursting with opportunity and real estate has a vital role to play in truly levelling up and creating a great Britain again.
