The assets up for grabs as BCPT hoists ‘for sale’ sign

More than £1bn of office, industrial and retail warehouse assets could change hands as a result of Balanced Commercial Property Trust’s strategic review.

The REIT said today that it faces “significant challenges” in the market and has kicked off a review that could see it sell its portfolio, change investment strategy, wind down the business or sell the company.

The company has been offloading offices for some time  but there remain plenty of properties that could be heading to new owners over the coming months. Here’s the full list.

(Note: valuations referred to below are taken from the REIT’s interim report covering the six months to 30 June, 2023, the last document in which BCPT published a complete list of its portfolio broken down into valuation brackets. Assets sold since those results were published in September 2023 have been removed.)
