Tesco is to sell the first scheme by its resurrected development arm, Spen Hill Developers.
It has agreed forward-funding for Talbot Green retail park in Llantrisant, Mid Glamorganshire, with Deutsche Asset Management and Tufton Land, the retail park investment company
