Spenhill, Tesco's regeneration subsidiary, has been granted planning consent to regenerate a 7.2-acre site in the centre of Dartford, Kent.
The retail-led development will be anchored around a 100,000 sq ft Tesco superstore and cafe. A further 45,000 sq ft
