Capital & Regional has sold the 160,000 sq ft Jarman Fields in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, to Tesco Pension Fund.
The fund has bought the leisure complex for £8.5m.
C&R said proceeds from the sale would be used for general corporate
