Teneo buys Deloitte’s restructuring arm

Deloitte's restructuring division is being bought by a public relations firm. Teneo is paying an undisclosed sum for Deloitte's team in what is thought to be the first in a wave of deals before a shake-up of Britain's auditing industry.
