Ted Baker completes Ugly Brown Building sale and leaseback

Retailer Ted Baker has completed the £78.8m sale and leaseback of its headquarters at the Ugly Brown Building, NW1, to British Airways Pension Trustees. Net proceeds of around £72m from the sale will be used to
