US-headquartered tech firm TTEC has signed for 22,000 sq ft at Bruntwood Works’ West Gate scheme in Leeds, in what is thought to be the biggest deal in the city this year.
It marks the latest stage in TTEC’s expansion into the UK and Europe and the company will join tenants including Channel 4, Transport for the North, and British Transport Police at the scheme.
West Gate has also recently undergone a partial refurbishment, with 33,373 sq ft across the fourth, fifth and sixth floors revamped.
TTEC’s move will create 400 new jobs.
Iain Banks, vice president of EMEA at TTEC, said: “We have been looking for a space that is not only right for us now, but in the future too – we are committed to expanding our business in the UK and Europe and bringing our innovative new contact centre to Leeds is another step we are taking along that journey.”
