MIPIM 2016: Team Lincolnshire, the public-private sector contingent led by the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (GLLEP) will unveil more than 700 acres of development land opportunities at this week’s MIPIM.
GGLEP is seeking development and financial partners at the show (see below).
Ruth Carver, GLLEP director, said: “Greater Lincolnshire has many selling points, but for MIPIM, the jewel in our crown is space and affordable land values, something that’s lacking in other areas of the UK, especially in the south.”
New for MIPIM this year is The Midlands Pitchbook – a brochure of opportunities across the Midlands region which will include three Greater Lincolnshire investment opportunities. The region forms part of the Midlands engine initiative. GLLEP will also launch its own Greater Lincolnshire Pitchbook at the event.
Greater Lincolnshire’s growth deal will see more than £48m in investment in 2015/16 followed by another £63m from 2016/17 onwards.

• Food enterprise zones in Lincoln, Grimsby and Holbeach
• Housing development opportunities – 100,000 new homes by 2031 across Greater Lincolnshire
