TCS bags fintech firm for Leeds letting

Town Centre Securities has announced a new tenant for its refurbished office scheme at 123 Albion Street in Leeds.

Amplifi Capital, the financial technology company behind the My Community Finance and Reevo Money brands, has taken 7,000 sq ft, TCS said.

The space was taken at £22.50 per sq ft for five years, according to a Radius record of the deal

Other tenants in the building include the StepChange debt charity.

Clair McGowan, director at CBRE, which let the space, said: “The latest addition leaves just 3,500 sq ft of available space, with TCS intending to provide a seamless ‘plug and play’ option for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth transition into their new office.”
