The Defence Infrastructure Organisation has sold RAF Daws Hill in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, to housebuilder Taylor Wimpey for more than £30m.
Taylor Wimpey plans to redevelop the site as a residential-led mixed-use scheme comprising 550 homes.
