Ardeshir Naghshineh’s Targetfollow has won exclusive rights for the 1m sq ft redevelopment of its Baskerville Wharf site in Birmingham.
Birmingham council cabinet members agreed to enter into an exclusivity agreement with the developer at a council meeting last night.
