MIPIM 2016: Manchester development NOMA is taking its role of creating a digital neighbourhood in the heart of the city seriously.
The 20-acre scheme, a joint venture between the Co-operative Group and Hermes Investment Management, has launched an app to help attract occupiers to the site, which will eventually deliver more than 4m sq ft of commercial and residential space.
The app has been developed by animation studio Mi.
Nicky Moore, NOMA brand manager, said: “This is about talking directly to people and showcasing NOMA in a fun way. It’s more than just an agent’s tool.
“The new app will give people the chance to explore NOMA and get a real feel for what is happening here.”
