Swan Housing favourite for £300m Southend regen

Southend Borough Council is set to approve Swan Housing Association as its preferred bidder for the £300m Queensway regeneration in Essex. Councillors will discuss the recommendation on 12 February and approve the joint venture. Swan will work with the council
