Fashion retailer Superdry is to open a new 6,000 sq ft store at Moyallen’s Peacocks shopping centre in Woking, Surrey.
The retailer has agreed a 10-year lease and is thought to be paying over £200,000 pa in rent. The shop will open in November.
The letting follows Moyallen’s successful planning application to remodel and extend the 550,000 sq ft centre’s façade to provide more retail.

Moyallen’s separate planning application has put forward plans to extend and develop 9,000 sq ft of restaurants in front of the library.
Woking borough council has also appointed Gillespies to advise on public realm improvements.
