Suntec completes acquisition of 50% stake in Nova

Singapore-listed Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust and ARA Dunedin Asset Management have completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in the Nova estate in Victoria, SW1, from CPPIB. The sale price is understood to be £430m, reflecting a 4.75% yield.
