A 600 ft Victorian pier with planning permission for residential development is being offered by Auction House East Anglia. Bristol Pier, formerly owned by the Marquess of Cornwall, is in Shotley, Suffolk, where plans have been approved for a large-scale scheme that includes 285 new homes as well as shops and a hotel.
The pier, which has a guide of £100,000-plus, will be offered at Auction House’s sale on 3 November at the Holiday Inn, Ipswich.
