Strutts appointed joint agent on Bristol’s Finzels Reach

Strutt & Parker has been appointed as joint agent for the 300,000 sq ft offices of Bristol’s £255m Finzels Reach mixed-use development, which is being overseen by HDG Mansur.

The appointment coincides with the speculative development of the first offices on the site, the 110,500 sq ft Bridgewater House.

Strutt & Parker’s London office is now working with BNP Paribas and Knight Frank to market the new offices, which are being built as part of the 1m sq ft redevelopment of the former Courage Brewery site alongside the city’s Floating Harbour.

Jamie Renison, office agency partner for National Markets, said: “Our appointment strongly underlines HDG Mansur’s commitment to the long-term success of the project and we look forward to bringing our national office agency expertise on board to expand the reach of the scheme to the widest target audience.”

Chris Read, HDG Mansur’s head of development for the UK and Europe, said: “With our first office building at Finzels Reach now underway, we will be complementing our existing team and gaining access to those areas of the market in which they specialise.”
