Strongman joins GPA as non-executive

Oxford University Development chief executive and former Argent managing partner Anna Strongman has joined the Government Property Agency as a non-executive director.

Strongman replaces NHS Property Services chair Jane Hamilton on the board, whose tenure ended earlier this year. She will work alongside chair Pat Ritchie and the agency’s other NEDs to advise chief executive Mark Bourgeois and the Cabinet Office on the strategic direction of the GPA.

Richie said Strongman would bring expertise spanning development, investment and asset management across retail, residential, life sciences and mixed-use regeneration schemes to the GPA board.

Strongman said: “The GPA and its team have an exciting mission to deliver positive change. I look forward to contributing my expertise and passion for property to support the organisation to succeed.”
