Streaming group seals Cambridge’s largest office letting in five years

TV streaming company Roku has signed the largest office letting in Cambridge for five years. The US group, which is already a tenant at the Cambridge Science Park, is now taking an additional 120,000 sq ft at its Building 2. The building was developed by Bidwells on behalf of joint venture partners Trinity College and TusPark.
