Storm ID takes Edinburgh offices

Leith_Assembly_RoomsMarketing agency Storm ID has signed for 10,095 sq ft of office space at Leith Assembly Rooms, 41-43 Constitution Street, Edinburgh, from the Uffizi Partnership.

The offices, which provide a mix of open-plan work areas, break-out and meeting space, were taken on a new 10 year-lease.

Marcus Weurman, associate director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “The Edinburgh office market is competitive due to a lack of open-plan office accommodation available. However, we were able to source suitable premises and the Leith Assembly Rooms offer the growing firm future expansion capability for staff and an excellent modern open-plan environment for its teams.”

Uffizzi Partnership was advised by JLL; Storm ID was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
