Stoford has secured planning consent for a 123,835 sq ft warehouse at Hortonwood 40, five miles outside of Telford town centre in Shropshire.
Telford and Wrekin Council has granted permission for the development of the 6.72-acre site.
Stoford will develop the production warehouse on behalf of Portion Solutions, which will use the space to combine its production and distribution operation operations.
Portion Solutions has exchanged contracts to purchase the site, opposite Wrap Film Systems, and has entered into a development agreement with Stoford.
Angus Huntley, director at Stoford, said: “This bespoke development will enable Portion Solutions to meet its long-term growth aspirations, preserving and creating jobs in the region. We will be developing a high-specification building on land which has lay dormant for many years. We expect to start work on the scheme in Q3 2021.”
Bulleys Bradbury advised Portion Solutions on the acquisition.
