Specialist global recruitment firm SThree Group has signed a deal today to take two floors of the newly revamped 10 Temple Street office block in Birmingham.
The 10,035 sq ft deal on a 10-year lease was announced at the formal launch of the building this afternoon by owner Freshwater Group. Rents were undisclosed but quoting rents are between £19.95-£22.50 per sq ft.
Freshwater has spent £5m on a comprehensive refurbishment of the 35,707 sq ft previously vacant building to take advantage of the now important thoroughfare between the reorientation and redeveloped New Street station and Colmore Row – the city’s prime central business district.
JLL and KWB are the letting agents.
