House builder Stewart Milne Group has hired Barratt Development’s Jim Fitzsimons as project director for its 408-acre scheme near Aberdeen.
Fitzsimons will head the Countesswells scheme to the west of Aberdeen, which has been identified in Aberdeen council’s local development
