Sterling buys pub group’s Birmingham headquarters

Sterling Property Ventures has bought pub and restaurant operator Mitchells & Butlers’ Birmingham headquarters for £46m. The developer behind 103 Colmore Row has bought the property, at 27 Fleet Street
