Statoil’s Aberdeen HQ for sale for £18.5m

Drum Property Group is selling the new headquarters of Norwegian multinational oil and gas company Statoil in Kingswells, Aberdeen. It has instructed JLL to market the 60,000 sq ft office with an asking price of £18.5m – a 6.25% yield.
