US property investment fund Starwood Property Trust is planning to sell a portfolio of offices in Dublin.
It has hired commercial property agents CBRE and Eastdil Secured to sell the offices in central Dublin for around €530m. The portfolio is expected to go on the market in July.
Starwood acquired the portfolio in 2015.
The sale includes the Watermarque Building in Dublin’s Silicon Docks area. Starwood’s tenants in Dublin include Marsh and McLennan, Airbnb and WeWork.
