ISIS Property, acting for the Friends Provident Commercial Fund, has bought an out-of-town Sainsbury's store and adjacent McDonald's restaurant in Stirling, Scotland, from Stannifer for more than £16m.
The deal reflects an initial yield of around 5.7%.
