Stafford Rugby Club’s £80m regen scheme revealed

Godwin Developments has partnered with Lord Stafford to regenerate the former Stafford Rugby Club ground into an £80m mixed-use development. The 6.5-acre site, located in the Castlefields area, is part of the Stafford Station Gateway and owned by Lord Stafford.
