Stadia Management, Ards council and Ards Football Club have submitted plans for a mixed-use stadium scheme at Cloughey, Newtownards, County Down, Northern Ireland.
The scheme is Scottish-based Stadia's first commercial/stadium management project in Northern Ireland or Ireland.
