St Modwen sells Flintshire retail-led scheme for £11.8m

Developer St Modwen has sold its retail-led Connah’s Quay development in Flintshire, North Wales to the South Yorkshire Pensions Authority for £11.8m.

The six-acre scheme, which is anchored by a 52,000 sq ft Morrisons
