St Modwen has put the third phase of its 30-acre site in South Ockendon, Essex, on the market with consent for 99 homes.
This site is a part of the wider regeneration of the former Ford manufacturing facility, which was bought by St Modwen in 2006 and has outline consent for 650 homes.
The first two phases were sold to Persimmon Homes in 2012 and 2014.
Rob Barton, residential land director at St Modwen, said: “South Ockenden has proven demand from young families and commuters and the availability of a further 99 new homes in this location will be a welcome contribution to buyers in this area.”
Following this sale, a final 11.7-acre phase of development remains to be brought to the market.
Savills is acting for St Modwen.
