St Modwen gives up on Walsall mill plan

St Modwen's plans to turn a listed Victorian mill in Walsall into a 250,000 sq ft factory outlet complex have been abandoned after four years.

The mill, which stands on a 10-acre town-centre site, is now set to be converted
