St Modwen has acquired a 15-acre site that forms part of the former Weston airfield, Weston-super-Mare, with an eye on its long-term redevelopment potential.
Subsidiary St Modwen Developments (Weston) has paid QinetiQ £1.8m for the Hutton Moor site.
