St James Securities sells Sheffield offices for £26m

Developer St James Securities has sold 2 St Paul’s Place in Sheffield, a 70,000 sq ft office block, to Standard Life for £26.6m.

The property is part of Sheffield’s £130m mixed-use Heart-of-the-City project
